In the first year of the I-Simply project implementation the partners used an online questionnaire for the project’s two main target groups:
1. Marketing professionals (Vocational training group) and
2. Students (Higher education group).
Aim of the survey was to extract the knowledge/training gap of both target groups in the area of social media and specifically how they use social media tools in marketing.
The results of the survey provided the final target group training needs and validated the scenarios that were selected.
